服務範圍
Joan 提供個人週期與日常感受紀錄、歷史回顧、估計範圍與加密備份。此版本免費使用，不需帳號，沒有訂閱或付款流程。未來若有收費服務，會另行說明並取得使用者同意。
預測與健康資訊的限制
Joan 依你輸入的紀錄計算估計值，實際日期可能不同。它不是醫療器材或醫療服務，不能用於避孕、診斷、治療或取代醫事人員建議。資料不足時不提供日期預測，資料完整也不代表預測準確。
你對資料的控制
請輸入你有權記錄的資料，並妥善保管裝置、PIN、備份與密碼。你的紀錄留在目前瀏覽器；維護者無法代為找回。請定期備份，尤其在移除 PWA、清除網站資料、換裝置或更換網址之前。還原加密備份會取代目前紀錄，請先確認檔案及密碼，保存必要副本。
可用性與更新
我們會修正已知問題，但無法保證服務永不中斷、無錯誤或紀錄永不遺失。首次使用、更新及取得未快取資源需要網路。網頁提醒只在 Joan 開啟時檢查，不保證背景或關閉後提醒。更新前請先儲存正在編輯的紀錄。
授權與回報
第三方軟體及字體依各自的開源授權與聲明提供。你可使用 Joan 的功能；這不代表另外授權 Joan 品牌或原始碼。錯誤回報請使用公開 GitHub Issues，勿附個人健康紀錄。此說明不排除依法不得排除的權利。服務範圍或條款變更會在本頁標示生效日期。

Joan provides personal cycle and feeling logs, history, estimates and encrypted backups. This version is free, requires no account and has no payment or subscription flow. Any future paid service would require separate information and consent.
Estimates depend on your input and may differ from actual dates. Joan is not a medical device or service and must not be used for contraception, diagnosis, treatment or as a replacement for professional medical advice. Sufficient records do not guarantee accuracy.
Record only data you are entitled to manage. Protect your device, PIN, backups and passwords. Records remain in this browser and cannot be recovered by the maintainer. Back up before uninstalling, clearing site data or changing devices, browsers or origins. Restoring an encrypted backup replaces current records.
We fix known issues but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or protection against data loss. Initial use, updates and uncached resources need a connection. Web reminders are checked only while Joan is open. Save current edits before updating.
Third-party software and fonts retain their own linked licenses. Access to the app does not grant a separate license to Joan's brand or source code. Use public GitHub Issues for bug reports without personal health information. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded. Changes are dated here.
